What to Expect

"Building Bridges" is our interactive meeting format designed for increased personal connection. These meetings focus on:

  • Small Group Discussions: Sharing personal thoughts and lived experiences.

  • Community Support: Building stronger bonds with peers in the group.

  • Hybrid Access: While in-person attendance is encouraged for the best experience, a Zoom option is available.

Are you interested in connecting with others who share your experience with Parkinson's disease (PD) in the Capital District? Our email-based discussion group provides a welcoming and ad-free space for you to share information, ask questions, and offer support to others.​​

Community events are not organized or sponsored by the Capital District Parkinson's Support Group, but might be of interest to group members. Some of the listings are local to the Capital District; some of the events are not local.
