April 23, 2020 – Parkinson’s Ping Pong

Got Parkinson’s?

Play Ping Pong!

The Ciccotti Center will be hosting a Parkinson’s Ping Pong session on

Thursday, April 23, 2020
at 2:00 – 3:00 PM.

Why Ping Pong?

● Ping pong is fun and therapeutic because it exercises so many parts of the body and brain while reinforcing timing, rhythm, balance and tempo.
● Studies show playing ping pong has eased motor symptoms in people with Parkinson’s.
● Playing with friends builds community and a support system.

Open to people with Parkinson’s and care partners.

Beginners welcome.

The first class on April 23 is a free class to determine the interest in starting a weekly program.

Future classes are free for Ciccotti members and $5 per class for non-members.
